Keith Stroup presented award by DFW NORML

Keith Stroup, the lawyer who founded NORML in 1970 was in attendance at the Texas Regional NORML Conference which was put on by DFW NORML.

As a way to express their gratitude for the immense amount of work and dedication put into helping reform marijuana laws, DFW NORML wanted to present Keith with a token of their appreciate, a little something they saved until the very end of the first day of the conference.
